On average, for content planning, we will get back in 5-10 working days. For execution work, requests are completed in 3-5 working days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Billing cycles are based on a calendar month. If you sign up and used up 4 requests, and then decide to pause your plan, your billing cycle would be paused and you will have 4 more requests remaining to be used anytime in the future.
